At M&Z Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully curate and source authentic products from the UK and ensure they are securely packed and delivered. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All original tags, seals, boxes, and accessories are intact

⚠️ Products must be in resalable condition to be eligible for a return.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and international sourcing standards, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Cosmetics, skincare, makeup, perfumes, deodorants, and beauty tools once opened or used

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

  • Products returned without original packaging or seals


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the product

    • Photos of outer packaging and shipping label

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A refund or store credit, as applicable


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed after inspection

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Store credit, or

    • Original payment method (where applicable)

⏳ Refund processing time: 7–14 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is from our side

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • M&Z Collection is not responsible for lost return shipments


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched

  • International sourcing begins immediately after order confirmation


7. International Shipping Disclaimer

As our products are sourced from the UK:

  • Minor differences in packaging design may occur

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance

  • Delays caused by courier or customs authorities are beyond our control
